Salary:Competitive rate based on experience. $2.00 Shift differential applies.

Shift:Monday -Thursday 7pmto 530am. Overtime on Fridays and/or Saturdays. Attendance bonuses and discounts on products!

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team. The role involves performing maintenance work on production and industrial machinery, as well as facilities maintenance. This includes repairing electrical and mechanical equipment, diagnosing problems, and executing preventative maintenance tasks. Additionally, the role may require pipe fitting, welding, and machining. The position provides technical supervision over less experienced Maintenance Technicians and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician Lead.

Education and Experience Profile

  • Associate's degree in Electrical Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods or lean manufacturing preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong electrical and controls knowledge, including PLC ladder logic and VFD parameter adjustments.
  • Experience in commercial and industrial electrical tasks.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and perform repairs.
  • Proficiency in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of equipment selection and operation monitoring.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use CMMS systems.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety protocols such as OSHA and Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
