Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Materiel Management Support for the Tenants Contract, supporting the Air Force Division, located at the at the Air Force Research Laboratory, Technology Integration Division, Digital Materiel Management Branch (AFRL/RWID) at Eglin AFB, FL.


LOCATION:
Eglin AFB, FL

JOB STATUS: Full Time

TRAVEL: 5%

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

    Master's degree. Years of relevant experience may be substituted for lack of degree.
  • 10 years applicable experience.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance (US citizenship required).
  • Mandatory DoD 8140.03M certifications as required.
  • JIRA and Microsoft Project experience for requirements management.
  • Program Management support experience (tracking requirements, software licenses, ordering hardware, etc.)
  • Ability to work with diverse group of people, handling multiple projects at once, with attention-to-detail, with previous team management experience.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Prior Air Force Research Laboratory Munitions Directorate experience desired
  • Experience with Munitions and/or Weapons Systems experience preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage digital materiel management software development initiatives
  • Use digital tools for program management, data visualization, and model-based systems engineering
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop digital materiel management solutions and user manuals, and conduct training
  • Participate in daily stand-up and monthly meetings to review current issues/topics with the Agile Software Development team
  • Assist with digital materiel management projects from inception to completion, including all resolution matters as needed with government customers
  • Support digital materiel management government Program Manager with digital, agile, and open initiatives
  • Oversee three program support personnel working on the RW digital transformation within the digital material management branch
  • Submit monthly report to Astrion Task Lead
