The US Chief People and Development Officer will oversee and manage all aspects of the people functions that support the legal practice including, human resources, recruiting, legal talent management, talent development and office administration. This individual works collaboratively with the Chief Operating Officer, Practice Group Leaders, Practice Team Leaders, Partners-in-Charge, Business Services Chiefs, other members of the US executive leadership team, and partners at the firm, and with counterparts across other global regions on various strategic initiatives. This role will report directly to the US Chief Operating Officer and can be located in any of our US offices. Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
