Description

HOLT CAT is offering exciting opportunities for High School Interns! This position is an entry-level position that will work with our Finance department. It will be under the guidance of an experienced Supervisor. The intern's primary purpose is to learn and develop in various roles and receive on-the-job training (OJT).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is an entry level High School Internship; and will be under the guidance of an experienced Supervisor. The intern's primary purpose is to learn and develop through on-the-job training (OJT) as follows:



  1. Attend required company-instructed classroom courses.
  2. Maintain safety training and procedures.
  3. Receive coaching, mentoring and feedback from Service Leadership.
  4. Work with various departments to learn business operations.


REQUIREMENTS:



  • Must be a current High School student enrolled in a Skilled/technical program.
  • Safety Mindset
  • Ability to show up on time and willing to learn.
  • Program must be approved through your school.
