Description
Brown and Caldwell is looking for a Large Pipeline National Leader to help develop and advance the company's strategic goals. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the unique trends in your area of expertise and using that knowledge to create technical differentiation from that of our competitors. You will also serve as an important conduit between National experts and local staff in each Business Units. This role will include oversight, assistance and leadership during the pursuit, execution, and construction phases. Brown and Caldwell has a long history of being leaders in large conveyance and a strategy to expand our core team to meet the needs of our expanding needs or our clients. The focus of this role is to leverage our current expertise, expand our staff, and support growth in the conveyance market. The ideal candidate must be a strong leader, with the ability to be the center of a growing nucleus of focused and highly functioning team of experts. The successful candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude; will be flexible and self-motivated, creative, quality-oriented with attention to detail and be accountable for this specialty. Salary Range:Theanticipatedstarting payrange for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and maybemore or lessdependingupon skills, experience,and education.
