#LI-DNI The Data Senior Analyst, working under minimal supervision, uses data as needed to effectively communicate increasingly complex analytical and business concepts and content. The role uses quantitative and qualitative analysis to draw conclusions and advise recipients of potential impacts and alternatives and make recommendations. The role also collaborates with business partners to generate data needed to analyze key business issues and applies knowledge and experience of appropriate tools, technologies and techniques to perform moderate to complex analyses.
- Covers the use of data as needed to effectively communicate increasingly complex analytical and business concepts and content.
- Performs data analysis, data profiling and data sourcing utilizing knowledge of data definitions, domain values, data relationships, business rules, data sources and the enterprise integrated data environment.
- Analyzes impacts of planned new application development or enhancements to existing applications on legacy and other relational data stores and the enterprise integrated data environment.
- Analyzes and identifies data quality concerns or cleansing opportunities to correct data quality anomalies and facilitate resolution between technical, business, and other stakeholders.
- Uses quantitative and qualitative analyzes to guide findings and advise recipients on potential impacts and alternatives and make recommendations.
- Collaborates with business partners to generate data needed to analyze key business issues and develops relationships and fosters collaboration with key partners across the organization.
- Maintains accurate procedural documentation and reference materials and identifies opportunities for process improvement and supports process improvement efforts.
- Applies knowledge and experience of appropriate tools, technologies and techniques to perform moderate to complex analyses.
- Identifies potential data sources and selects appropriate data based on business requirements and extracts and prepares data to ensure the most complete and high-quality data is used.
- Increases awareness and knowledge of internal and external operations, trends, best practices and tools.
- Discover and share results with other analysts and managers.
- 5-7 years of overall experience in Data Science and Analytics or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Administration.
