Project ManagerGeneral Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, budgeting, overseeing and documenting all aspects of any specifically assigned project.

Essential Job Functions

* Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern

* Performs all duties as assigned and adheres to TEAM's Core Values

* Develops standard capabilities requirements aligned with project attributes

* Evaluates personnel against set project requirements

* Assists in sales presentations for project management capabilities

* Monitors the effectiveness of the project management process

* Ensures compliance with the project management process

* Participates in readiness review and lessons learned

* Manages the project gating process

* Assists Project Superintendents as necessary

* Provides training to Project Superintendents and other project related field personnel

* Responsible for successful performance of individual projects

* Develops resource requirements for projects

* Assists in development of estimates and proposals

* Identifies scope deviations for creation of change orders

* Identifies delays at a project level

* Ensures timesheets and job sheets are properly completed, approved and submitted

* Provides leadership at a project level

* Evaluates project performance of personnel

* Maintains strong customer relationship

* Ensures contract compliance

* Monitors cost and schedule against budget and baseline

* Ensures equipment is maintained while on the project

* Ensures personnel are properly trained and certified to perform the tasks they are assigned
