The Remote Service Specialist is responsible for remotely servicing the service activities related to customers BAS needs. Along with the Service Coordinator they will manage and diagnose technical support requests for service agreement customers and warranty calls. This role involves the ability to analyze, diagnose and communicate building control system issues. This role acts as a central point of contact for clients, technicians and internal stakeholders; and plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and operation of Ameresco's service systems.
