A Brief Overview Oversee recruitment and retention of Early Head Start children and families, social services referral system, career services, parent involvement, Family Review process, and coordination of program events. Provide direct support to Early Head Start families through information referrals and available community resources. Serve as link to Parent Committees. Help keep staff apprised of parent issues. Ensure compliance with Head Start mandates, as well as other licensing/accreditation standards and research protocols. Meet Non-Federal Share/in-kind targets.
