SHIFT: Evening (United States of America)
A Brief Overview Foster a welcoming, respectful experience for patients and families as a Patient Services Representative (PSR) at CHOP. We currently have the below shifts available:
- Part time day shift: An average of 20 hours a week from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Part time evening shift: An average of 20 hours a week from 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
- Per diem evening shift: Working every other weekend and every other holiday from 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
- Per diem overnight shift: Working every other weekend and every other holiday from 11:00 pm - 7:30 am

Perform EPIC software functions, including patient check-in, check-out, demographic and insurance information collection, and daily eligibility verifications.
If assigned to Emergency Department Admissions, tasks will also include SART paperwork processing, Nurse Call communications, and Trauma B-line.
Preferred: At least one (1) year experience in a role that consisted of health care support services, registration, physician billing, medical records, medical office work, and/or customer service
