Driver Helper Day Shift

JOB DETAILS

Base Pay Range is $18.00-20.00 per hour

Shift: Day Shift, 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday-Thursday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Driver helper will be expected to assist driver in delivering, and/or unload windows and patio door products to customers in a safe and timely manner to our dealers, distribution centers and/or construction job sites using a box truck.

• Responsible for the safe and efficient unloading of windows and doors
• Responsible for delivering the correct product to our customers and completing all required paperwork accurately
• Compliesrules and company procedures while performing job duties
• Tailgating finished goods manufactured by Cascade Windowsensuring accurate product count and unloading/loading and securing return merchandise when authorized
• Interacts courteously and professionally with dispatcher, company (shipping, customer service, and transportation) staff, and customers
• Includes other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the Shipping Manager

• 1-2 years' experience in loading, particularly in a window manufacturing environment preferred
• Glass handling and/or glass knowledge preferred
• Forklift experience/certification is preferred

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $18.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
