Job Description

As an Executive Recruiter, you will specialize in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier executive talent for our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the executive search process, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to cultivate relationships with high-level candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in executive recruitment and a passion for connecting exceptional leaders with impactful opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Be a talent advisor and partner with senior leadership to understand executive (Director+) staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans
  • Conduct comprehensive searches to identify qualified executive candidates through targeted sourcing, networking, and industry research
  • Engage with passive candidates and build relationships with key executives to understand their career aspirations and motivations
  • Evaluate executive candidates through in-depth interviews, assessments, and reference checks to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate interviews, providing guidance and support throughout the selection process
  • Negotiate employment offers and compensation packages, ensuring alignment with both candidate and company expectations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to streamline the executive recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience
  • Maintain regular communication with company leaders and candidates to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or challenges
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and best practices in executive recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Continuously seek opportunities to expand our network of executive talent and strengthen relationships with company leaders and candidates
Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 5+ years of experience as an executive recruiter, with a track record of successfully placing executives in leadership roles
  • Deep knowledge of executive search methodologies, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and compensation negotiation
  • Exceptional EQ and interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level executives and key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong business acumen and a keen understanding of industry trends, organizational dynamics, and competitive landscapes
  • Ability to manage multiple executive search projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and professionalism
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, CRM software, and other recruitment tools
  • Experience in executive compensation structures, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational objectives
  • High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive information and interactions with leaders and candidates
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and value to leaders and candidates
