Reporting to the Director, HR Technology, the Manager of HR Technology is responsible for the implementation, communication, and efficient administration of our Dayforce HCM and other HR supporting technology across Cornerstone Building Brands.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with Director of HR Technology to administer Dayforce HCM and other technology
  • Evaluate, develop, implement, and administer HCM processes and procedures
  • Ownership of WFM configuration - pay policies, entitlements, punch policies
  • Ownership of integrations - API
  • Supervision of HR Technology Analysts, setting goals, assigning tasks, monitoring performance and providing feedback and coaching
  • Help drive employee understanding and appreciation of HR Technology programs through clear documentation, communication, and education
  • Ownership of change management practices with HR Technology
  • Work closely with Director of HR Technology on M&A activity, including implementation due diligence
  • Resolve complex issues and inquires
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. College Degree desired.
  • A minimum of 10years related work experience with a strong understanding of Dayforce HCM configuration, and interface to support HR and business objectives
  • Leadership, management, and team building skills with the ability to motivate, mentor and develop team members
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to evaluate and improve benefits programs
  • Exceptional communication skills, Project management skills and time management skills
  • Keen collaborator, proficient at working closely with diverse teams as well as independently
  • A creative problem solver
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment
  • Understanding of pay policies and practices
  • Focused on employee experience
  • Ability to lead a variety of projects from start to finish

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 -150,000 +10% Annual Bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
