Department:ICE | NRSL WISL SL Leadership IOP CDepartment's Website: Summary of Job Duties:The Nursing Director for inpatient Women and Infants Services oversees clinical operations, budgetary management and performance of leadership and staff for the units/areas within their scope of responsibility. The Nursing Director is accountable for directing and motivating others and developing and implementing patient care that is efficient, effective and of the highest quality while ensuring scope of practice and regulatory compliance is maintained. As a member of the UAMS Health leadership team this position ensures the development, implementation and evaluation of policies, programs and services consistent with the institution's goals and objectives and actively participates in a leadership role, including mentoring other leaders. The nursing director will work across multiple divisions, units and service lines to ensure the delivery of care for areas within their scope and span of responsibility.
