Boozman College of Public Health is seeking a post-doctoral fellow for a two-year fixed term with possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be integral to achieving the Center's research mission by engaging in applied research related to obesity, nutrient/food consumption, and policy/program evaluation. The successful candidate will play a central role in supporting the Center's efforts on a National Institutes of Health (NIH) funded evaluation of a green schoolyard initiative taking place in Little Rock. The successful candidate will support the Center's research mission to address health equity and diversity as described below in key responsibilities. The Center is committed to professional development of postdoctoral fellows. The College of Public Health has a successful track record of placing postdoctoral fellows in tenure track positions and in helping junior scholars secure pathway to independence funding through NIH K-awards and similar mechanisms.
