Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned Program Controls Manager to spearhead the Program Master Schedule Management for extensive capital construction programs. This role focuses on the strategic handling of scope, schedule, and budget to enhance program execution. The ideal candidate will craft a comprehensive Program Master Schedule framework, establish consistent standards, align project teams, and ensure the adoption of best practices and tools for tracking and managing both the program and its constituent projects.
