Housekeeper (Part-time Night Shift) Location: Seattle, WA (Seattle VA Medical Center campus) Employment Class: Full Time Regular FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt - Hourly (SCA) Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour plus $4.93 hourly H&W benefit Shift: Nights - 3:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. OR 8:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Benefits: The company has a comprehensive benefit plan to include Medical/Prescription Health Plans, Dental, Group Life Insurance, Supplemental Life Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, Employee Assistance Program, Identity Theft, and 401(K) Plan. Position Summary: Advancia Technologies, LLC (a federal government contractor) is seeking qualified Housekeepers (Part-time Night Shift) who performs cleaning duties to maintain establishments, including residential and clinical buildings, in a clean and orderly manner. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Empty, sanitize, and reline trash containers. Minimum Qualifications: * High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Preferred Qualifications: * OSHA 10 Training Certificate Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization Working Environment: The work environment characteristics described in this job description are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential duties and responsibilities of this job. * Work is typically performed in an indoor environment, in a medical/clinic setting Physical Demands (including but not limited to): * Duties may include standing for long periods of time with frequent reaching, sitting, walking, twisting, stooping, bending, kneeling, and squatting. Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 50 lbs.
