Overview System Administrator Location: Glynco, GA Clearance: Public Trust Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems and manages processes related to these systems. Responsibilities * Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems and manages processes related to these systems. * Provides support to IT systems including: day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all client requests. Provides Tier I, II & III problem identification, diagnosis and resolution. * Provides SME & IPT support and manages other research and testing projects. * Responsible for image creation, workstation security and encryption support. Qualifications Required: * AA/AS or Equivalent Experience * Three years of System Administration Experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
