Could you be the full-time onsite Project Industrial Manager for Tenders in New Castle, DE, US we're looking for?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your industrialization and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a vital role in ensuring the successful industrialization and continuous improvement of maintenance and production processes. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering), adapt industrial processes to project lifecycle changes, and lead the development of technical documentation and training plans-and much more."

We'll look to you for:




  • Leading the industrialization of technical documentation while respecting Standard Manufacturing Process & Standard Manufacturing Line guidelines,



  • Documenting industrial processes, including macro-processes, work instructions, task sequences, and layouts,



  • Providing inputs for industrial means and tools requirements for project execution activities,



  • Implementing the Project Make or Buy strategy in all deliverables,



  • Defining and executing training plans related to industrial topics and special processes,



  • Validating industrial deliverables, tools, and means on the field with maintenance execution teams,



  • Ensuring alignment with Industrial Planning milestones and APSYS-related Industrial Roadmap subjects,



  • Establishing processes for asbestos abatement, stripping, parts retention, and hidden damage management,



  • Supporting process improvements for industrial efficiency, quality, safety, and ergonomics,



  • Adapting industrial processes to project lifecycle events, such as design changes or maintenance plan optimization"

  • Degree in Engineering, Industrialization, Operations, Industrial, or Supply Chain Technical education. ,



  • Experience or understanding of Operations, Industrial, or Supply Chain processes, preferably in the railway industry. ,



  • Knowledge of data management and experience working with ERP systems (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, and Configuration follow-up. ,



  • Familiarity with reading and understanding schematics and technical drawings. ,



  • Strong communication skills and the ability to train and share skills/information with others. ,



  • Technical expertise in Methods Engineering, including writing and improving manufacturing and/or maintenance work instructions. ,



  • Knowledge of Quality and Health & Safety standards and systems. ,



  • Flexible and adaptable mindset to handle new ideas and issues. ,



  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines under pressure. ,



  • Desire to continuously learn, develop, and contribute to a culture of improvement.
