Position Title: Personal Lines Account Manager Department: BayCoast Insurance FLEXIBLE WORK PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY CODE: Hybrid Work (HW) Primary functions Work as a team member to achieve department goals and overall company goals. Provide directions to Personal Lines CSR's as necessary. Demonstrates leadership skills and continually leads by example. Actively supports and incorporates company mission and core values into daily activities. Assist the producer on new and renewal marketing and placement. Major Responsibilities
Qualifications 1. Good communication skills both verbal and written. Has a thorough understanding of personal lines underwriting and coverages. 2. Has the ability to perform multiple tasks in complex working environment accurately and proficiently. 3. Possesses above average computer knowledge and skills. Has knowledge and experience necessary for independent decision-making ability. 4. Must be licensed per state requirements. Holds the CISR Designation. 5. Attend educational seminars. Some travel may be required. May work at any branch location as needed. Office Equipment/Software Used:
