Your Role As a Gensler Architectural Designer, you will harness your creativity and thoughtfulness to create engaging human experiences in our built environment. You have professional skills in expressing design intent through modeling and presentation which enable your partnership with senior designers. In this role, you will enhance your existing strengths while growing toward a leadership role in guiding our clients to design solutions. Based in a studio of our Oakland office, you will join a team serving clients including life sciences and purpose-built workplace environments. You will bring your design skills to projects in housing and critical facilities practice areas. Through our close partnership with clients, we can leverage design to achieve livable cities, reduce global warming potential, and an engaging work experience for occupants of our projects.
