A week inf the life of a Clinical Integration Technical Lead:
- Lead a team of Clinical Integration Technicians supporting OMIS-A testing, integrating, and fielding JOMIS and Army specific software by providing consultation
- Review and analysis, and advice prior to fielding modernized medical software packages to Army operational medical forces worldwide
- Apply knowledge of the Army's 10 medical functions, DOD and Army legacy and future Operational Medical software applications, operational medicine system of systems functional integration
- Identify risk, and PII and PHI compliance requirements to support rapid Agile/DevSecOps development and integration of software solutions.
- Prepare service testers for major system test and evaluation events.
- Develop performance parameters and requirements for clinical documentation, operational medicine legacy system and future capabilities to include but not limited to artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), etc. and evaluate actual performance against those parameters and requirements.
Job Requirements
- A Masters in Health Informatics or equivalent
- 7+ years related experience in a government healthcare environment (DOD or VA).
- Experience in the Army theatre
- Knowledge of Operational Medical capabilities for documentation and consultation for a variety of platforms and configurations
- Experienced, credentialed clinician with knowledge of DoD (preferably Army) medical care processes (MD, PA, RN, etc.)
- Expert knowledge of Operational Medical capabilities for documentation and consultation for a variety of platforms and configurations.
- Experienced, credentialed clinician with expert knowledge of Army medical care processes. Experience in preparing Service testers for major system testing events e.g., Multiservice Operational Test & Evaluation.
- Experience in developing and evaluating performance parameters and requirements for clinical documentation, operational medicine legacy system and future capabilities to include but not limited to artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), etc.
- Experience in supporting rapid Agile/DevSecOps development and integration of software solutions that support activities defined by the Army's 10 Medical Functions in cooperation with other agencies.
- Expert knowledge of DoD and Army legacy and future Operational Medical software applications.
- Expert knowledge in operational medicine system of systems functional integration and the ability to identify risk. Knowledge of PII and PHI compliance requirements.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
