Job Description

A week in the life of aProgram Manager includes:



  • Oversee and manage the Contractor team; provide working interface between the Contractor, Government requirement owners, and the COR.
  • Assure contract compliance for all contract personnel employed at work locations
  • Assist with contract documentation including PWSs, security documentation (DD254), technical assessment and respond to government data calls for cost estimates and contract modifications
  • Responsible for tracking contract expenditures and hours vs. remaining hours (burn rate)
  • Responsible for budget analysis, spend plan and requirements documentation and tracking
  • Provide planning and operational support to DTOC.
  • Coordinate with distributed sites for equipment and labor estimates for installing and servicing LVC-OT related equipment and potential connectivity.
  • Write, assist, and coordinate on a variety of documentation required in the DTOC including white papers, presentations, correspondence, marketing, and publications.
  • Program analysis or delegation to team member with appropriate communication, written, and analytical skills.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and six (6) to eight (8) years of management experience
  • SECRET clearance
  • Have active Professional Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in Program Management functions
  • Experience in managing personnel in accordance with contract guidance
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in Distributed Mission Operations
  • Knowledge of military contracting procedures and guidance
