Mission Planner - SECRET

Are you an experienced Mission Planner with demonstrated experience in the execution of distributed Operational Training (OT), which can encompass warfighters in Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) training environments? A week in the life of a Mission Planner includes:

• Create and distribute MPC packages as directed by the Government. MPC materials can include, but are not limited to:
  
  
  
  • Scenario coordination sheets
  • Air Tasking Order (ATO), Fragmentary Breakouts and Air Control Order (ACO)
  • Air Order of Battle (AOB) and Ground Order of Battle (GOB) lay-downs
  • Special Instructions (SPIN) and Rules of Engagement (ROE)
  • Maps and target photos
  • Line-up cards, communication cards
  • Briefing/Debriefing slides
  • Create scenarios within Environment Generator software to support OT events.
  
  
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree and 8-10 years of experience; a combination of education and experience can be used in lieu of degree
• Secret Clearance
• Functional knowledge of distributed simulation (DIS) and High-Level Architecture (HLA)
• Must meet basic requirements of an Event Controller SME
• Must know how to use stimulation software applications
• Must understand basic AFTTP 3-1 TTPs and Joint Warfare Publications
• Experience in running or planning in an active mission planning cell
• Qualified or previously qualified mission commander, section lead, or equivalent
