Service Desk Technician - Secret Clearance Required!

A week in the life of a Service Desk Technician:

• Provideproblem resolution for all user
• Respondto users' requests for technical assistance
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal support staff
• Assistwith installing, troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving Window servers and other computer-related equipment problems
• Informand meetwith the technical support team daily or as required in order to discuss new workload assignments

• 1+ years experience in a Service Desk environment
• Security+ certification
• Secret clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance!

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary/hourly range for this position is $45,000-$65,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
