About the Role We are looking for a Client Account Manager/National Business Development Leader to drive growth in one or more private sector markets across the United States. This role is a key part of Weston's growth strategy to expand our portfolio of private sector clients. Existing relationships in high growth industries, Tech, Pharma, Chemical, manufacturing or related industries required. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of environmental regulations and infrastructure trends, along with excellent communication, business development, and project management skills. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with innovative and effective solutions. Location: Mid-Atlantic or Mid-West preferred. Essential roles and responsibilities: Provide overall leadership in developing long-term client relationships, building sales pipeline, partnering with operations to ensure high-quality project delivery, and to grow the capacity of the required teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients in a variety of environmental and infrastructure technical areas.

Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors. Salary Range: $135,900 - $181,100 - $226,400 |
