Job Description

Are you an experienced Training Specialist with an active Secret clearance who has demonstrated experience working building cirriculum?

As a Training Specialist III, you will:

A week in the life of a Training Specialist III:



  • Oversees and develops training analysis, programs of instruction including lesson plans.
  • Conducts training in support of the Government requirements in both a classroom and lab environment.
  • Develop training curriculum and documentation.
  • Provide training associated with integrated training systems (e.g. OBT, SAST, TCW) on SQQ-89(V) combat system variants.
  • Work within NAVEDTRA curriculum development processes.
  • Provide support to prepare for integrated training scenario execution.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma and Navy Master Training Specialist or Civilian equivalent
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Provide training in both in a shore site and shipboard environment.


At least 10+ years of experience in:



  • Planning, developing, and presenting technical instruction on technical projects and processes.
