Job Description Associate Director, Market Transformation Location: Boston, MA (3 days onsite, 2 days remote weekly) Vertex is seeking a talented individual to join our US Pain Business Unit to support our journey to deliver new pain management treatment options to patients. The Associate Director, Market Transformation will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing strategic projects in alignment with our business priorities. This is a critical role as our team is preparing for potential commercialization of an investigational acute pain product, which, if approved, would be the first new mechanism of action in decades. We are seeking a candidate that has a strong track record in US commercial roles, demonstrated ability to shape and execute strategy, an innovative mindset to pilot new approaches, and a strong collaborative approach. This role reports to the Senior Director and Head of the Market Transformation for the US Pain Business Unit.
