SSOE is looking to hire a Mechanical Engineering Group Manager to join our team. You will have the opportunity to effectively lead, manage, and mentor the Mechanical staff and design work, with an emphasis on employee growth, project success, and overall performance of cutting-edge systems for state-of-the-art industrial and high-tech manufacturing facilities serving global leaders in technology. As a Mechanical Engineering Group Manager, you will have a foundation in leading and managing a team of Mechanical staff to ensure the technical competency and quality of work performed by the staff. This person will also coordinate with various disciplines within the organization (electrical, architectural, process/chemical, structural, etc.) and will be an integral part of problem-solving complex designs for state-of-the-art industrial and high-tech manufacturing facilities for the world's leading high-tech companies. This position is an onsite role that will require you to work onsite each day and be located in the N. Phoenix, AZ area. Remote or hybrid work arrangements for this role are not available. Responsibilities
Effectively lead, manage, and mentor the Mechanical Engineering staff with an emphasis on employee growth, project success, and overall performance.
