Overview SSOE Group is seeking a talented Sr. Construction Administrator with industry experience for our award-winning Building Design Group. An ideal candidate will have experience in the Architectural, Construction and/or Engineering industry, be a self-starter with clear and concise communication skills. The Construction Administrator will be responsible for projects starting with the construction phase. Responsibilities The following duties are typical of the position but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment. This position is a hybrid model that will require commuting to our Atlanta, GA office 2-3 days a week. Expected Core Competencies:
Perform field reviews of the various construction categories of work in progress and tracks their completion in conjunction with contractor superintendent and owner representative. Monitors resolution of incomplete items and advises of the status of resolution.
