Department's Website: pccua.edu Summary of Job Duties:Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs (GEAR UP) s a federal grant program in the United States that aims to increase the number of low-income students who are prepared to enter and succeed in postsecondary education. The GEAR UP Transition Coordinators will provide direct services to an cohort of students (12th graders) in accordance with rules and regulations of the Department of Education. The coordinators will act as a liaison between GEAR UP and five partnership schools.
