Summary of Job Duties:The Administrative Analyst is responsible for coordinating office and off-site activities,
performing financial tasks, researching and preparing special reports, and developing,
revising, and recommending administrative policies and procedures as directed by the
supervisor, and performing general office duties. This position is governed by state and
federal laws and agency/institution policy Qualifications:

Required Education and/or Experience

  • Formal education equivalent of a high school diploma.

Preferred Education and/or Experience

  • Associate's Degree or higher;
  • One year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field; plus two years of experience in a specialized or a related field applicable to work performed; *
  • Experience with Banner, Workday, and/or Degree Works.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Directly interact with concurrent enrollment campus departments, partners, faculty, parents, students, and other stakeholders to ensure a successful program;
  • Assist in on and off-site application and registration;
  • Affirm student eligibility for course registrations including processing low test score report;
  • Maintain records required by UA Little Rock and accreditation standards including: teacher qualifications, approvals, and denials; professional development attendance, CE permission forms, etc;
  • Assist with problem-solving to address issues related to the implementation of concurrent enrollment and consortial programs;
  • Facilitate collection of admissions documents, school and student access to course registrations, roster reviews, grades entered;
  • Produce reports of high school concurrent program success, policy, and accreditation. These reports may either be original in their format or highly prescribed by campus, state, national, or federal government agencies;
  • Assist Director in planning of professional development program for high school teachers;
  • Assist in the accumulation and organization of teacher observation, student evaluations, and program review documents.

  • Maintain UA Little Rock concurrent enrollment and principal consortial websites;
  • Directly interact with consortial campus administrative liaisons, leaders, learners, faculty, IT Support, and other stakeholders to ensure a successful program;
  • Maintain records required by UA Little Rock, ADHE, ABET, HLC standards, including instructor qualifications, assessment reports, annual performance evaluations, student evaluations, complaints, attendance, etc.;
  • Facilitate communication and exchange of data and among participating institutions;
  • Maintain records on course-sharing to include student information, instructor information, Teaching Campus, scheduling information.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to organize and prioritize;
  • Ability to communicate well with others;
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
  • Knowledge of data storage.
