Required Education and Experience

• Degree-seeking UA Little Rock students enrolled in classes at the time of application;
• Eligible to legally work 20 hours per week in the United States;
• Must have proof of award of federal work-study.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to University-related questions;
• Input events and data into designated systems;
• Run errands and maintain a neat and clean work environment;
• Approve information regarding campus programming;
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills;
• Familiarity with University Processes and Systems;
• General computer skills, preferably knowledge of Google Office suite;
• Familiarity with social media;
• Ability to adhere to confidentiality.
