What We Do
As a Sr. Business Systems Security Analyst for Identity & Access Management (IAM), you will be joining the IAM BSA Center of Excellence (COE). The position requires the ability to quickly comprehend business needs and translate those needs into requirements. The ability to identify integration challenges and work to build a plan of action for resolution while aligning with IAM goals and InfoSec security policies and standards are a required skillset. As a IAM BSA COE team member, you will participate in an enterprise-wide projects and will engage with business stakeholders to gather technical integration requirements to onboard applications to First American's IGA platform. The Sr. Business Systems Security Analyst will possess the capability to learn and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment to define and document business and technical requirements including establishing role, entitlement, and access definitions. Additionally, you will define the application user provisioning lifecycle processes, identity lifecycle management processes, and user access certification requirements. Further, you will be a strategic partner, acting as liaison between the user community and the technical applications development staff (may include offshore staff). Resolve system problems to ensure customer processes run smoothly. Document business processes, training procedures, standard operating procedures, project status, etc. Implement system alignment with business processes. Pay Range: $82,900.00 - $110,500.00 annually This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
