Pooled Position Limited Tempor - Pre-Award Intern, Research Services The University of Wyoming invites diverse applicants to consider our employment opportunities. JOB TITLE: Pre-Award Intern, Research Services JOB PURPOSE: The Pre-Award Services team is accepting applications for interns. Interns will be assisting with various office duties, including front desk monitoring and data entry. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will primarily include receptionist and general office duties including answering questions, answering telephone calls, copying, scanning and attaching documents in various systems, running errands, data entry, sorting mail, and filing. SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS: Other duties as assigned. REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY: This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.
