Summary of Job Duties:This position is responsible for coordinating the (1) admissions process, (2) recruitment/promotion of CTC, (3) student services, and (4) financial aid processes for students.
(1) Admissions - Director of Student Services will meet with potential students and provide career/campus/program information, conduct campus and program tours, provide admissions information and assure that students submit required documentation, assist with the administering and scheduling of admissions-related testing, assist students with registration, and attend admissions-related committee meetings.
(2) Recruitment/Promotion- Director of Student Services will attend Job Fairs, Career Fairs, College Night, and other recruitment-related events/activities, make promotional presentations to civic and community organizations, compose and process news articles, develop, maintain, and update promotional materials for the campus and programs, oversee the campus' social media pages, and attend recruitment-related committee meetings.
(3) Student Services/Engagement- Director of Student Services will enforce and monitor student-related policies and procedures, enforce the attendance policy and procedures, monitor and assist with established retention activities as related to student services, address student disciplinary problems in accordance with the conduct and discipline policy, coordinate and assist with student activities/events and organizations, compile information and data for various student services report requested by administration, serve as Title IX Coordinator, assist with commencement exercises, serve as student service liaison/communicator with high school principals for concurrent students' attendance, and conduct/disciplinary matters.
(4) Financial Aid - Director of Student Services will provide potential students with financial aid information, assist students with making application for various types of financial aid, process financial aid documentation and reports for TAA, WIOA, HDC, ARS, and other providers, provide students with financial aid guidance in relation to their enrollment status. Qualifications:

Master's degree preferred. Applicants should possess good interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and have knowledge of the education process, including K-12 and secondary education. Position requires travel and attendance at some after-hours events/activities. Drug screen, background check, and driver's license check may be required.
