JOB TITLE: Buchanan Center Marketing Intern JOB PURPOSE: This position will allow for open communication from the University and its department, allow for a better connection to our alumni base, and encourage community & student participation in various events, festivals, and intensives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Job duties may include Manage Social Media Accounts Post posters in desirable areas Create innovative social media designs Visit classes and rehearsals to gather promotional materials Increase following on various platforms Assist in creating a marketing plan Other duties as assigned. REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY: This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school degree, marketing experience, interest in the arts, proven experience in social media promotion DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Interpersonal effective communication Ability to learn and adapt to trends on social media Experience in promoting an institution or self on various platforms REQUIRED MATERIALS: Complete the online application.
