Summary:

Goldbelt C6, LLC is seeking a Project Manager with leadership abilities to plan, develop, execute, and implement and provide oversight for cross-cutting projects for a large organization.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Serves as an advisor and technical lead providing services in the planning, development, execution, implementation and related oversight for cross-cutting projects.

  • Selects and uses appropriate project management methodology, process or tools such as Lean Six Sigma and Smartsheet to assist organization's strategic goals.

  • Serves as an advisor for planning key milestones.

  • Facilitate focus groups for leadership to support the operational goals for the organization in the near and long term.

  • Prepares a variety of comprehensive status reports, management summaries and briefing papers which identify problems, assess the overall condition of work completed or in-progress and outlines issues, solutions and recommendations.

  • Collaborates with leadership and staff to develop new policies and procedures to ensure performance goals continue to align with the overall agency mission.


Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ability to facilitate groups for leadership to support operational goals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, as demonstrated by experience in serving as a spokesperson for the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English.
  • Superb interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple work streams, multi-task, and work well under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in building successful partnerships with business and technical groups.
  • Self-starter with ability to perform and lead work independently.
  • Structured problem solving.
  • Ability to take guidance and instructions

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, statistics, international development, social sciences, or another relevant field OR equivalent years of combined education and experience.
  • At least four (4) years of progressively responsible experience within organizations.
  • Four (4) years' experience in developing programs and new policies and procedures to ensure performance goals continue to align with the overall agency mission.
  • Prior project management experience successfully leading teams in planning key milestones for the organization.
  • Must have prior regulatory oversight experience.
  • Must have prior experience with Lean Six Sigma and Smartsheet.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with governmental regulatory oversight.
  • Experience working with Lean Six Sigma and Smartsheet a plus
  • Advanced degree in a related field.
  • PMP certification a plus.

The salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $118,000.00 annually.
