Job Details: Job Description Job Summary: This position will be primarily responsible for the identification, development and business capture of SPEAR (Simplified Planning Execution Analysis Reconstruction) training system opportunities associated with the Department of Defense (DoD) and Coalition customer base. Areas of focus will be to demonstrate, field, and integrate SPEAR for multi-domain and multi environment, test, training and operational use, worldwide. Adjacent market areas this position will be asked to support include SPEAR for data curation for Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. This position will typically work under general supervision and direction. Incumbents of this position will regularly exercise substantial discretionary and decision-making authority. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Job Requirements: Four-year college degree and a minimum of ten years of experience as a fighter/attack aviator; plus, in-depth knowledge delivering software solutions, in-depth knowledge of tactical aircraft acquisition practices, requirements generation, and/or test and evaluation activities are required. Comprehensive knowledge of aviation training requirements, DoD acquisition methodology and its associated stakeholders. Familiarity with aviator and maintenance training, to include recent tactical flight instruction and/or tactics development, weapons instructor course, 5th generation experience, squadron command, and/or SPO/PM experience is desired. Candidate must possess and demonstrate excellent communication (written and oral) skills, work effectively with all levels of Cubic, industry and military stakeholders, plus be able to utilize Microsoft Office tools in the normal performance of position responsibilities. Must be able to prioritize work, complete multiple tasks, and work under deadlines. US Citizenship required. Must have, or be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
