Global Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement global people relations strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and values.
  • Ensure strategies are scalable and adaptable to various regions and cultures.

Policy and Procedure Management:

  • Create, update, and enforce policies and procedures related to employee relations, ensuring compliance with local and international laws.
  • Standardize global policies while allowing for local adaptations to meet regional legal requirements.

Employee Engagement and Experience:

  • Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Conflict Resolution and Mediation:

  • Address and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Mediate disputes between employees and management to foster a positive working environment.

Training and Development:

  • Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations best practices, conflict resolution, and company policies.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze employee relations data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on employee relations activities and findings to senior management.

Collaboration and Advisory:

  • Collaborate with HR, legal, and other departments to ensure a consistent approach to employee relations globally.
  • Advise managers and executives on employee relations matters and best practices.
  • Work with local HR teams to ensure that global policies are adapted to fit local cultural and legal contexts.

Crisis Management:

  • Manage and respond to crises involving employees, such as strikes, layoffs, or workplace accidents.
  • Develop contingency plans and strategies to address potential employee relations issues.

Cultural Sensitivity:

  • Understand and respect cultural differences in various regions and adapt approaches accordingly.
  • Foster an inclusive work environment that values diversity and cultural differences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in employee relations, with at least 3 years in a global role.
  • In-depth knowledge of international labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data analysis.
  • Cultural sensitivity and experience working in diverse, multicultural environments.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.

Cubic Pay Range:

$130,000 - $210,000 + benefits.

*Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market.

The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
