Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of renewable energy transactional experience to join the Finance Practice Group and Energy Sector in our Houston, Los Angeles, Madison, Milwaukee, New York or Washington, DC office. Qualified candidates must have experience in renewable energy project finance and/or tax credit transactions, as well as broad substantive exposure to a variety of renewable energy due diligence matters. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents, including credit agreements and tax equity documents, as well as reviewing project documents, managing subject-matter specialist review and closing transactions. We have a thriving energy practice with aggressive growth plans, and we are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly motivated associate, who has demonstrated an ability to succeed in challenging and complex, client driven environments, to assist with advancing the long-term strategic objectives of the Energy Sector. Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical and communication skills is required.
