Together. Every day. CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking an MEP Project Manager to join our Commercial & Institutional - Buildings/MEP Team at our office in either Colonie, NY or Syracuse, NY. YOUR IMPACT With a long history of public and private projects - schools, manufacturing and warehouses, sports venues, courthouses, multifamily housing and healthcare facilities - CHA has honed our approach to high-performance buildings, prioritizing energy conservation and promoting green building principles. From designing schools that inspire learning to repurposing manufacturing sites into vibrant cultural hubs, our team's adaptability shines through. The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management and oversight of projects within the group. Primary functions include interfacing with the market teams, client and project teams. The individual in this role will work effectively and efficiently to complete projects within the scope, budget and schedule. The MEP Project Manager is responsible for managing the overall client relationship including any technical, financial or logistical issues that may arise. More specifically, duties of this role include the following:
Responsible for preparing proposals including development of scope, schedule and budget by coordinating with CHA technical groups and market staff

SALARY RANGE: $74,000 - $90,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
