A Brief Overview

The Learning Manager will craft and implement engaging learning experiences and programs at Safelite utilizing diverse and creative approaches to eLearning, workshops, peer learning/communities, mentoring, and more to foster skills with a measurable impact on both employee and business outcomes. These learning experiences and programs will center around store ops, home office and supply chain functions. They will consult on learning solutions for the business and collaborate with leadership, subject matter experts, and internal teams, continually refining solutions based on data and feedback.

What you will do

  • Develop and deliver best-in-class learning programs, resources and tools that build capability to develop, apply and sustain knowledge and skills that have a measurable impact on Safelite people and business results; maximize and leverage a variety of approaches including but not limited to eLearning, instructor-led training, assessments, mentoring, leaders as teachers, blogs, micro learning, coaching, etc.

  • Partner with business leaders, People Business Partners, talent and development, and other internal teams as appropriate to gain a holistic view of management and leadership opportunities and recommend learning or talent-based solutions, as appropriate.

  • Routinely measure and assess the impact of learning initiatives, report progress against objectives and leverage data and insights from programs, engagement surveys and styles & climate and other assessments to continuously enhance learning program and resource offerings to meet the changing needs of the business.

What you will need

  • 4-6 years of experience developing and delivering learning programs with proven results

  • Expert in facilitation and training for large population dispersed throughout the US

  • Ability to conduct analysis and develop impactful leadership development solutions within budget and timelines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and Authoring Tools (Storyline, Captivate, Adobe, etc.)

  • Experience using ADDIE methodology
