POSITION PURPOSE This position manages natural resource policy issues of interest to PGE at the state and federal level. It also works directly with the Director of Government Affairs to manage PGE's relationships with the local and DC offices of federal elected officials and certain regulatory agencies as assigned. Works cooperatively to develop policy positions and to develop and execute strategies. Represents the company to external audiences. Builds trust with a broad array of stakeholders engaged in federal advocacy to improve and protect the Company's operating environment. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Policy Matters

Compensation Range: $104,325.00 - $173,875.00Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle or entry point of the compensation range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
