The Department of Integrative Translational Sciences is seeking a Research Associate II to join Dr. David Craig's laboratory.Our team is dedicated to translating our findings into novel therapeutic strategies to improve patient outcomes, by focusing on focuses on cutting-edge research aimed at understanding molecular mechanisms in health and disease. Qualifications Your qualifications should include: * Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or in a related field, along with 2 years of experience. Alternatively, a Master's degree with 1 year of experience is acceptable. * Hands-on experience in standard molecular biology techniques, with emphasis on cellular biology. * Experience with emerging genomic methods, including single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, and long-read sequencing methodologies. * Strong skills in histology and tissue preparation, especially with FFPE samples. * Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high emphasis on collaboration.
