Division chief of breast medical oncology and Director of women's cancers program City of Hope has launched a national search for a Division Chief of Breast Medical Oncology and Director of the Women's Cancers Program (Leader). This Leader will be a highly regarded physician and funded investigator with a collaborative, team-based leadership style, and the ability to leverage and grow our existing nationally recognized breast medical oncology and Women's Cancers Program. He/she must also be operationally savvy, with the business acumen and cultural sensitivity to lead within a complex, matrixed environment having direct reporting to the Chair of Medical Oncology, but also collaborating across the disciplines of breast surgery, radiation oncology, pathology and gynecological oncology/surgery. The Leader must possess a breadth of skills, including demonstrated ability to drive research productivity; deep knowledge of clinical practice; a strong commitment to training and career development faculty and trainees; and demonstrated leadership and administrative ability in the clinical enterprise. There are specific priorities that City of Hope seeks from the Leader to deliver with an overall objective of elevating the Women's Cancers Program nationally. QUALIFICATIONS
Salary Range: $300K - $650K.The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits.
