Do you want to work on challenging technical problems and improve products and processes as a team manager and individual contributor? Our team is looking for you, an experienced Intelligence Community Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong collaboration and program management skills to provide guidance and support to government leaders for ground enterprise solutions in the IC and DoD. This program provides SETA (Systems Engineering Technical Advisor) & SE&I (Systems Engineering & Integration) services to an IC customer with a focus on acquisition and operations of a complex mission system and supporting IT infrastructure. The contract support is part of the customer core team focused on all aspects of systems engineering and integration and the systems life cycle including capturing requirements and modeling architecture, working with developers to deliver capability, testing to ensure capabilities meet requirements, transition to operations and operations support. The program also supports innovations/technology development, provides acquisition and project management support to government program managers and IT information assurance security support. The selected candidate will serve as an individual contributor to various systems engineering and acquisition tasks across IC program stakeholders and coordinate with the team's Technical Lead to provide back-end management support for a team of up to 20 FTE multi-discipline SETAs performing in technical roles on the contract.
