Are you looking for an opportunity to lead and design ground enterprise lifecycle systems engineering activities including requirements, CONOPS, and architecture development in the remote sensing domain for current and future systems? Come join our Chief Architect/Front Office team within the NRO's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED) as a SETA contractor on the Geralt program.

As an Enterprise Systems Engineer, you will primarily assist the customer in defining enterprise systems architecture strategy, providing leadership, oversight, and technical guidance, and performing cross-discipline activities required to support enterprise architecture modeling, decision-making, and assessment of alternatives in relation to the customer's systems and initiatives.

This includes helping to champion the transition and implementation of MBSE processes and standards across a large ground enterprise organization and evaluating tools for inclusion in the MBSE framework.
  • Facilitate Integrated Product Teams (IPT's), Engineering working groups and brown bags that will promote, review and assess the maturity of engineering Artifacts, CONOPS, Interfaces, and Architecture products within the MBSE framework.
  • Deliver subject matter expertise and best practices to teams coordinating conops and architecture products, establish and translate requirements into features, assess system and segment schedule and risks, lead readiness and release planning events in support of system and acquisition-level ground milestones, and support agile test and devops verification strategies and integration of new systems and initiatives in support of expanded GEOINT or SIGINT mission capabilities.
  • Assess MBSE and SE processes and create efficiencies continuously. May lead projects for systems team work, have frequent client interactions, and support system and mission strategy development across the various ground offices.
  • Have daily interaction with the customer and supporting contractors and follow customer standards and processes as the program matures through the life-cycle.
  • Facilitate risk and action closure with multiple Acquisition Offices and users, to include technical consultation, meeting coordination, and task/dependency analysis.

  • Expertise in mission technical capabilities, architecture and system performance analysis
  • Experience in supporting Requirements Engineering, CONOPs development, and system integration to accommodate End to End Systems Engineering
  • Adaptability to define and sustain MBSE principles, processes and standards within an agile development framework
