Position Description: The field focused Reality Capture Manager operating within BOND Building's Integrated Design Services (IDS) team is responsible for working with the Senior Reality Capture Manager in the execution of day-to-day operations for the Reality Capture Team. The Manager will primarily serve as the field crew chief and point of contact for the execution of various Reality Capture and/or surveying projects, subsequent data post-processing, and creation of various survey-based deliverables. The Manager will also be responsible for the training, supervising, and growth of the Reality Capture Specialists with a primary focus on fieldwork and surveying. Employees are also encouraged but not required to cross-train to perform secondary responsibilities in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Architectural Design with available training in software and process provided. This position reports to the Director of Integrated Design in a secondary role. Core Responsibilities:
