The Global Compliance Director will be responsible for the implementation, management and continuous improvement of the compliance program. This role includes key compliance initiatives, including policies and procedures, training and communications, investigations, third-party diligence screening, and compliance program evaluations and risk assessments. This role involves close coordination and collaboration with the general counsel, other senior leadership team members, and members of the legal and compliance team, as well as internal audit, finance, and human resources. This position will report to the Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Compliance and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
10+ years of relevant global compliance experience gained at a law firm, consulting firm, or U.S.-based corporate in-house legal or ethics and compliance department, managing and advising on global compliance and ethics risks and regulations.
Experience with global anti-bribery, modern slavery, trade, and global import/export compliance laws and regulations.
